Recruitment Process

If you are shortlisted after initial screening and discussion, then we will offer you a great opportunity to meet with some of our talented team members. We understand that interviews can be formidable, but let us assure you that we are equally as nervous, as we know that you need to like us too. 

Interviews typically include a combination of competency-based and technical questions. This way, we can understand how you like to work and see your experience against our selection criteria.

For some roles, our process may require written assessment and presentations.


We will communicate in a timely manner with everyone who has invested time in being part of the interview process.

Background Checks

It is mandatory that all applicants agree to undergo background checks i.e. safeguarding and criminal record; reference check and, working with children check among others. This is done prior to agreement signing to protect Contour’s people, reputation, and funds.

All third parties engaged by Contour including implementing partners, corporate donors/partners, suppliers, individuals, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants etc. must undergo background checks.
